TOURNAMENT DATES FOR 2010
January 1-3, 2010 (Fri-Sun)
The tournament will begin on Friday morning (January 1). Please have your team ready to begin play by 8 AM on Friday. Unless you live in Wesley Chapel (and most of you don't!) please make plans to arrive in the Tampa area on Thursday evening at the latest. Many teams come in a couple of days early to hang out in the beautiful South Florida weather.....we encourage you to do so as well!
The championship games for all divisions are slated to begin no later than 2:00 pm on Sunday, January 3. Therefore, we urge all teams to schedule flights out of Tampa International Airport no earlier than 6:00 pm on Sunday evening. If you are able to schedule a Monday morning flight, we recommend that you do so. NDP Lacrosse can not assure any team that it will make its return flight home if it is scheduled for Sunday evening.
TOURNAMENT VENUE

From Saddlebrook Resort, take a right onto State Road 54. After 0.5 miles, take a left onto Boyette Road. The park is located 2.3 miles north of State Road 54 on Boyette.

HOTEL INFORMATION
Saddlebrook Resort has once again been designated as the official host hotel & resort for the 2010 Dick's Sporting Goods Tournament of Champions. Saddlebrook is a world class golf & tennis resort located 3 miles from the fields that offers the finest accomodations, dining, entertainment and golf options in the Tampa area. In an unofficial straw poll, NDP staff voted the pool at Saddlebrook as "the best pool on the entire summer tournament tour"! The resort has rates to fit all budgets with rooms starting at $120 per night. They have also slashed rates on some of the larger suites that can sleep larger numbers of people! Believe us when we tell you that this place is beautiful and that you will not find a better combination of luxury, value and proximity to the fields anywhere in the area!

Hate having to heard the team onto the bus and drive around looking for a place to eat? Well, if you stay at Saddlebrook you don't have to! The folks at the resort have put togather an incredible deal for team breakfasts and dinners at the resort. For just $9 per person you can have a hot buffet breakfast right there at the resort before you head to the fields. When you get back from the fields after a long day of games, an awesome dinner buffet can be had for $12 per person! You can't get those rates at any restaurant and....we promise....the food at Saddlebrook is second to none.
These meals are not individual....they must be booked as a team.

There are other hotels in the area that are offering special rates for teams but they are filling up fast. As of November 24, the Hampton Inn Wesley Chapel is also sold out!
